Here's our ambition for the functionality. The core represents the basic processes we are currently working on. The petals represent additional functionality that few insurers achieve with any rigour today - simply because the core always needs re-engineering and adjustment. And that proves very difficult in the mainframe treacle that Insurers often find themselves.
